Sports Medicine

Blugold student-athlete train hard in their pursuit of excellence, but that training would not be possible without UWEC Sports Medicine!

The dedicated Sports Medicine staff and students play an integral part in the Blugold athletic department and work hard to support Blugold student-athletes. Your donation to the Sports Medicine Fund will help provide the tools to not only help student-athletes, but also enhance the learning experience for Sports Medicine and Athletic Training students. 

This year, the Sports Medicine department would like to purchase several items that will enhance their care for student-athletes including:

• Portable hydration carts & sideline training cabinets
• Privacy sideline tent to provide better care and privacy on the sidelines
• Modality machines used in treatments - this equipment improves treatment and recovery processes and would allow more athletes to be treated daily.
