Football
The Blugold Football team is an integral part of the UW-Eau Claire community as one of the oldest teams. Our athletes follow the UW-Eau Claire mission of excellence to the highest standard. We are also excited about our new head coach, Rob Erickson. Coach Erickson was recently hired as head coach and brings a wealth of championship-caliber experience, having worked at South Dakota State, UW-Whitewater, and UW-Platteville. We are thrilled to have him as part of the Blugold family.
Coach Erickson has hit the ground running and has identified the program's biggest areas of need. Recruiting is crucial in college football, and upgrading the current recruiting software will cost about $4,000.
In addition, the team will have four overnight trips next year, which is more than usual and will take a big chunk out of the budget. It is essential for us to travel to face tough competitors as we build to become a top program. Your generous support will play a crucial role in the maintenance and growth of UW-Eau Claire Football.

Your gift of $500 will support new recruiting software for the football program
You generous gift of $1,000 will fund the NEW FUELING STATION. This will be a protein-based station for football players to help increase the number of calories they eat daily to help optimize peak performance
Your generous gift of $3,000 will support a player film room/player lounge. This space allows players to watch film, connect as a team and meet as a position group. This increases player mental health and the overall preparation of the team on a weekly basis
