At UW-Eau Claire, we tackle real-world problems by combining core scientific principles, engineering approaches and sophisticated instruments. Our graduates learn a diverse set of skills that makes them attractive to manufacturers, research and development labs, and graduate schools. Students receive personalized attention and individualized experiences.
Through a strong curriculum that emphasized communication, analytical skills and intuitive problem-solving, you gained the know-how and experience while you worked alongside students and faculty who were just as curious and passionate as you. You have the opportunity to help the next wave of curious, passionate students by supporting the Materials Science and Engineering Excellence Scholarship.
The Materials Science and Engineering Excellence Scholarship is awarded to a student each year to ensure they will have the ability to attend UW-Eau Claire and get the valuable hands-on experiences the department offers. This scholarship is also an important recruiting tool to make sure we continue to have the best students. Together with other alumni, you can help us reach our goal of $2,000 to ensure Materials Science and Engineering students have the opportunity to earn their degree at UWEC. Make a difference in the lives of future students today by supporting the Materials Science and Engineering Excellence Scholarship.
