From its earliest days, the Viennese Ball has promoted new and vibrant relations among the University, community, and international partners.

Please help us to keep the magic of the Ball alive by giving to support the student scholarships that the Viennese Ball has made possible since 1974.

In gratitude for gifts of $500 and greater, donors will receive an appreciation package that includes a digital link to the musical audio from the 2021 Virtual Viennese Ball and two Friday night tickets for the 2022 Viennese Ball (April 2, 2022).

Is my donation tax deductible?

All donations made through the Crowdfunding platform are processed through the UW-Eau Claire Foundation. Gifts made to the UW-Eau Claire Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the law.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

All donations made on the Crowdfunding platform will be receipted by the UW-Eau Claire Foundation. You will receive an official receipt for your gift within 3-5 business days.

What if I want to make a recurring monthly donation?

Monthly donations are a great way to support UW-Eau Claire! At this time, we are not able to process monthly donations through our Crowdfunding platform. If you are interested in making a monthly donation, please visit connect.uwec.edu/donate and select "recurring gift" under the Additional Information section.

What if I want to make a multi-year pledge?

A multi-year pledge is another great way to support UW-Eau Claire! Can I support a Crowdfunding project by mail?

You can certainly support any of our Crowdfunding projects with a mailed in donation, just include the name of the project you wish to support with your check!
